1. Open a terminal by pressing Alt + F1
2. Type the 4 following commands: (it should ask your password,
sudo aptitude purge flashplugin-installer
sudo aptitude update
sudo mkdir /var/cache/flashplugin-installer
sudo aptitude install flashplugin-installer
3. It's possible you need to restart the session
